this is my apartment. it's a nice place to stay. located in the east village, downtown right off of first and houston, it's a happy home away from home. i rent exclusively to friends, and friends of friends, since we like to keep it in the family.

THE COSY BEDROOM
yummy white down comforter + always clean crisp sheets thanks to my lovely housekeeper denise. the tv slants down so you can lounge in bed. just remember to grab the deli menu off the fridge so you can order delivery on the days where you just wanna sleep in late.
FOR YOUR WORKTIMES
a countertop is built in between the livingroom & bedroom to make working easy breezy. completely wireless, just plug in your mac. you can even use my 23" monitor if you wanna go big. and for meetings, greetings and eatings, the big table comes with two benches you can pull out to expand your workspace, making it perfect for those who are in NYC to make a lil money.
THE LOFT-STYLE LIVING ROOM
with about 500 square feet of living, the open layout makes it feel like a mini-loft, while the tall white beamed ceilings and skylight give it an airy feel. with a big flat screen, cosy couch and chaise lounge with mr. frog, nights here can lead to impromtu order in dinners and some serious guitar hero wars, while days just make it feel like home.
DOWN TO THE ESSENTIALS
the bathroom is itty bitty NYC style, but with a full size tub and shower, you'll have exactly what you need. chrome fixtures, double white curtains and really good water pressure make it great.
the kitchen is also itty bitty NYC style, but with a much coveted dishwasher. a full sized fridge lets you stock essentials while every pot, pan and plate is hidden away so if you cook, you'll have everything you need.
THE HEART OF THE EAST VILLAGE
bright, light and lovely, this apartment is like a mini retreat in the heart of the east village. with unobscured views and trees and sky across the street, the 5 floor walkup is well worth it.
